Review of Supernova - July 22nd, 2005

By Cartman

When I first opened this CD I noticed that it looked like a pop CD and to be honest pop is not really my thing. When listening to this CD the first thing I noticed is that this band really makes great pop songs which is hard to do. The band offers you a little bit of everything, which is great because it makes the music sound fresh and crisp it also offers them a unique sound which makes them stand out above any other pop band. Some of the songs are very dancey with great beats to them, which you could just see going down well at any club, and with some of the songs have a hip hop feel to them as well this music reach’s a wide audience this band also in cooperates an Eastern Indian style of music to some of there songs as well which I really love. You might say thy sound like a Destiny’s Child, they also sound like Pink at times but I would have to say they have a more unique style of music, and with some great guitar harmony’s in as well you could say this band is an all round alternative pop band.
