BC Jean wrote the hit song "If I Were A Boy" for Beyonce and has released her first single, "Just A Guy" in September of 2010. She was recently signed by Clive Davis of Sony Records.

BC Jean was a member of Liquid Blue for about one year in 2003. Liquid Blue was her first and only band prior to going solo. We met BC Jean on October 15th, 2002 at Humphrey's as the band was receiving an award from the San Diego Music Awards. We were looking for another female singer and BC (Britney) said she was a vocalist. The following week she blew us away at her audition. She starting rehearsing with the band in late October of 2003. BC was great to work with. Her debut show was January 12th, 2003 for the NBC Morning Show in San Diego. In her 10 months with the band, BC performed 44 shows with Liquid Blue in places like Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Phoenix and San Diego. She missed a show in May to attend her prom.
