For the first time in more than five
years, the band will be performing locally for New Year's Eve at the
Pechanga Gala NYE Event. Tickets are $150 per person which includes
steak and lobster dinner, 2 drinks and party favors. There is also a
room package at $639 for two people. The past few new years the band
has performed in Las Vegas.

BlueGirls To Perform Anthem Six Times In Dec & Jan -
12/1/2005
The BlueGirls will appear at Staples
Center three times in December, including appearances NBA's Los
Angeles Lakers, Clippers and NHL's Los Angeles Kings. They also
perform at Arrowhead Pond for the Anaheim Mighty Ducks of the NHL.
In January the girls will sing for the New York Knicks at Madison
Square Garden as well as the Boston Celtics at their new arena in
Boston. Check the schedule for dates. Tickets may still be available
for some of the games.
Liquid Blue Sells Out 2nd Show at Minhang Arena! -
11/11/2005
Liquid Blue made history by being the
first group to perform in the newly built Minhang Arena in Shanghai,
China. The band sold out two consequtive shows with no opening act.
The band performed a 90 minute set that included most of the songs
from Supernova, including unplugged acoustic versions of "Real" and
"If You Gotta Ask". Nikki Green did a stunning cover of John Lennon's
"Imagine" and the band also performed four Chinese songs, to the
delight of the crowd. Hollywood mayor Johnny Grant accompanied the
band at the start of the tour.
Sold Out! Liquid Blue Rocks Shanghai! -
11/10/2005
Liquid Blue was back in China in
November, with sold out shows at the new Minghan Arena in Shanghai.
The band did three shows in Shanghai, selling out the 5000 seat
arena twice (no other acts on the billing) and packing Century Plaza
for one outdoor show. The 1st show was filmed for Chinese
television. Fans lined up for autographs afterwards with newly
purchased copies of Supernova in hand.

first of many overseas tours, to a resort in the Philippines. This
year they traveled back to the same area and sponsored a local

Sept 24th through the end of November. The band will visit Russia,
Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and more. The

highlight of the tour is the Nov 10th and 11th
performances at the Minhang Arena for the Shanghai International

music video from the Supernova album. Ironically, the song is not
featured on recent versions of Supernova. Band members had very
little input on direction of the video and are disappointed in the

The BlueGirls will sing the National Anthem
for the New York Knicks game on January 27th vs. the Orlando
Magic. The band performs in concert the following night (Jan 28th)
for the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in Camp Hill PA. They will also be singing the anthem for the Boston Celtics
game two days earlier on Jan 25th. The Celtics are the NBA's all
time franchise with a record 16 World Championships.

Band Has Busy Week in Kansas City -
9/3/2005
The band did several shows in
Kansas City this week. Thursday night (Sept 1st) the BlueGirls
performed the National Anthem at a Kansas City Royals MLB game. Actor
Peter Falk threw out the first pitch and met with Nikki Green prior
to the game. Friday was a party night with band members Nikki,
Rocket and Michael all sitting in with some great local bands. On
Saturday night the group did a show at the prestigious Mission Hills
Country Club. Baseball Hall of Fame member and Kansas City Legend
George Brett was in attendance and became a fan. Sunday morning
Scott, Michael and Nikki performed acoustically at Unity Village for
the 10:30 morning service. The trio received a long standing ovation
for their performance of Real and George Harrison's My Sweet Lord.
Arms of Love, Making Up, and Rhythm of
Love have all been selected as semi-finalists in the pop/rock
category of the 2005 Dallas Songwriters Song Contest. Liquid Blue is
the only artist with three songs selected. Last year If You Gotta
Ask won the pop category and Real won the best movie soundtrack
category. 2005 winners will be announced in November.

Liquid Blue To Perform At Shanghai Intl. Arts Festival -

Liquid Blue has been selected to perform
at the 2005 China Shanghai International Arts Festival. The event is
the most prestigious of all the Chinese festivals and
features 45 artists from 29 countries. Only three artists
from the USA will appear; The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, The New
York City Ballet and Liquid Blue. The band is the only "pop" act
performing at the festival, which features renowned international

Douglas, Arizona 100th Anniversary Festival -
7/3/2005
An estimated crowd of 5000 showed up to witness the
Liquid Blue headline performance in Douglas, Arizona for their 100th
Anniversary Festival. Other acts included Atrest, New
Direction, El Paisano & Tony Tee. The event was held at
Veterans Memorial Park in Douglas on July 3rd. The Douglas daily
newspaper featured the band on the cover of the June 30th paper.
While in Douglas the band stayed at the famous Gadsden Hotel,
build in 1907, which has twice been featured on Unsolved
Mysteries due to it's reputation for being "haunted".

Nikki Green Sings National Anthem at Dodger Stadium -
6/29/2005
Nikki Green performed the Star Spangled Banner at Dodger
Stadium on Wednesday, June 29th. The game featured the Los
Angeles Dodgers vs. the San Diego Padres. This marked the 20th
time members of Liquid Blue have sung the national anthem at pro
sporting events. Nikki was accompanied by the legendary Dodger
organist Nancy Bea Hefley, who has been with the Dodgers since
1988. Attendance at the game was over 40,000 and the Dodgers

The Yamaha International Music Production Contest has announced
their selections for semi-finalists for 2005. There were over
1000 songs entered in the contest and 45 were chosen as
semi-finalists. Pretend was chosen in the rock category and Real
was chosen in the category of Film Scoring/Orchestra/World. The
judges included Randy Jackson (American Idol & 1000 gold
albums), producer Don Davis (the Matrix, titanic), producer
Justin Stanley, DJ Rap & Fourplay (Grammy Award winning jazz

league baseball game at Tony Gwynn Stadium, future hall of famer
Rickey Henderson stopped by to greet the band. Rickey is truly the
greatest lead-off hitter of all-time. His accomplishments are
staggering: #1 ALL-TIME in runs scored, #1 ALL-TIME in stolen bases,
#1 ALL-TIME in walks, #1 ALL-TIME in lead-off home runs. At age 46

Tsunami victims. The CD is titled "Care Package" by

Liquid Blue members leaped into the new year by sky-diving in Las Vegas.

was conducted by Vegas
Extreme Skydiving, the foremost skydiving company in Nevada.
Four band members and two street team members made the 10,000 foot
jump on January 2nd.
